Alice in Wonderland dresses, are they really bugged?
Before you chew me out, I ask that you read the entirety of the thread.
I'm a fan of the Alice in Wonderland[ dress which is why I'm writing up this thread, to hopefully get EME to look into the dress again. I think they might have given them the once over somewhere in the past and benched them. With newer arrivals to the Tera store taking up most of their time.
I don't think they're as bugged as we thought, read on..
Initially we were told they were bugged, similar to how capes are, as seen in this video displaying the outfit physics:

Recently the NEW "Elin Garment Box" was rewarding players the Alice in Wonderland dress, addressed here: http://forums.enmasse.com/tera/discussion/comment/7897/#Comment_7897
Here I have some pictures of my own, after having spotted a player with the outfit in Velika.

Now I know it doesn't show the player moving around. Take note that in the Youtube video linked above, the player doesn't need to be moving for the physics bug to occur.
You might argue "it's a one off" and that the capes for example "don't always bug out."
I agree 100%, which is why I've personally tested an Alice in Wonderland dress mod to see if it worked. After having heard about it from a friend. I can report it worked perfectly. I never experienced the bug in my many hours of game play, both in dungeons, open world and PvP with various Elin classes.
I'm not going to advertise the mod because I don't want to be banned. You'll just have to take my word for it unfortunately or do your own research.
Please EME, look into the Alice in Wonderland Dress again and make sure it's bugged and if it is, maybe make a work around with the mod I mentioned working smoothly.

So basically, I don't think anything has changed about the bug, it's just not what you thought the bug was.
Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware, as you can tell by the post.
From an outside point of view, knowingly selling a product with a disclaimer that it's bugged is pretty crappy, even if hardcore/existing players won't care. Plus, it would just get people to look into the sort of bug it is, and it's not really great publicity.
In the end, there's been dozens of threads making this same argument over the years. For whatever reason, they decided to draw the line.
Because EME can't fix it, they need BHS to do it and BHS doesn't see it as a high priority. aka it most likely won't ever be fixed.
