I can not buy because I can not correct my name in the pop-up window. What is this???

    Are you trying to use Paypal? Login to paypal first and then try to purchase it. It's some bug that appeared recently.

    i had the same issue some time ago and the problem was not on the page.

    my bank had blocked my card because when they process the payment they see Tera as a game/gambling industry and they think your card account might be stolen/compromised.

    if this is not it then you need to see what error the site gives you and follow accordingly. if the problem persists make a ticket. tickets involving money always have been preocessed with priority, i think.

    I've had a problem similar to this where my web browser was blocking the connection to paypal, stoped the blocker all went good again , this was only on win 10 edge browser tho

    If you're still having this problem you should send it in to them through support, I guarantee you'll get an answer because it's a billing issue.

    Literally had this same issue last year, contacted support, included screenshots, and they still couldn't understand what the problem was - they kept telling me it was working correctly despite multiple attempts from me to explain that I literally couldn't submit the form.

    The only way I was able to get elite was auto-login through PayPal. Even a couple of months ago when I re-subbed, it was still broken, and I still had to use PayPal. Apparently they still haven't fixed it.
