cant contact support, no acc armor code
Hi, im sorry to write it here on forum but i have problem with logging in on my account. I tryed to write down support tickets twice but no ansver. I also added those adresses into exeptions list in my email ([email protected], [email protected]) but still didt obtain armor code. Well if i will not obtain acc armor code so i cant dissable it in account settings. Please somebody contact me

3. Issue Type: TERA: Account Support
4. Issue Details: I can't log into my account
5. Additional Details: I did not receive the account armor email, or the code is not working
6. Write your issue on what problem you're having, and what e-mail is having the problem.
If you do wait and they do get back to you, try logging into your account, then going to: https://account.enmasse.com/users/account/profile and disabling your account armor (not recommended). Also, there might be a problem with your e-mail simply because of what kind of e-mail you're using. If you're not up to waiting for a response, I suggest you try making an e-mail using the following e-mail providers:
1. Outlook/Hotmail
2. Google Mail
3. Yahoo
Once you've made the e-mail, re-create the account and start from scratch. Anyways, these are the two best options I can come up with on helping you get logged in to TERA. I hope it works out for you, my friend.

6. Write your issue on what problem you're having, and what e-mail is having the problem. Mention a e-mail change request with the new e-mail you have chosen and how you want them to contact you with. It's best to mention any account details you know of, anything from main server use and character names.
