Manglemire - need tips for lancer
Hello.
I am rather experienced tank (played on EU from Nexus times up to Sky Cruiser), playing here for a few months so tasted most of 65 content (I am more of casual player than hardcore PvE player). I have some troubles with Manglemire however, especially as it was added during my break from Tera. I read and watched multiple guides on the dungeon and am familiar with its mechanics, rather don't have problems with them. What I have problem with however is the damage done by the boss (didn't feel that bad in other dungeons somehow, tho I didn't touch VS or HH). I have full Misery +12 with Ambush weap +15 and belt, decent HP% innerwear from TB and Heavensboon jewels (not sure if I went for best set, could use guidance here too). My main question is, is the damage in MM supposed to go through block in larger amounts? (40-50k, more if he crits) I could also use general tips on how lancer should be glyphed, what vyrks and crystals to use, which jewels set etc. in current game state. I am used to playing like I used back in WH times (worked so far), but to not drag down my party by sticking to possibly outdated playstyle, I want to improve.

2 poundings, wrathful and focused.
CDR on top and bottom line, flat damage, aggro and enraged
Reroll armor if spring attack isn't your top line this is your main DPS skill
Get rid of heavensboon jewels, you should have a mixture of Godsbane and Manorborne. Reroll them for 4 crit and 4 power, it's fine if you can get 4 crit 2 crit or 4 power 2 crit. You need max crit, also get rid of your HP% innerwear and replace it with the most expensive crit inner you can afford. Spam ghili if you can't get it.
This'll result in a DPS loss of course, but the point is to complete the DG after all. Your gear is messed up, so you should start doing much better once you fix that up. My lancer is in full misery +12 other than ambush +12 armor perfect rolled, rare circlet, 4x non-dyad hardy crystals, with 2x grounding etchings II, and I still get bleed through block when Manglemore gets ~2 stacks of buffs or when he enrages at 10%(?), so it's normal for you to take dmg through block. BUT 40-50k is a little too much bleed if he doesn't have any buff stacks, since even my alt lancer on full guile +12 gear only starts getting that much bleeds when Manglemore starts getting stacks, so maybe you would want to clarify on that.
Regarding glyphs:
@Something942 has given you a good glyph setup which should work unless you're unnecessarily dodging too much or spamming block. If you really have no choice but to dodge attacks due to bleed, you can remove the enrage glyph for backstep & standfast RE glyphs.
Regarding crystals:
I would recommend focused, wrathful, pounding, carving. Carving instead of another pounding since lancers don't have any crit glyphs other than onslaught, even though spring attack and wallop are your main dps skills.
Regarding jewellery:

Regarding weapon rolls:
I went for 9% atk spd top roll, flat dmg, aggro, enraged (cdr too since vm weapons have an extra roll) bottom roll.
It's a really really easy dungeon once you understand the mechs, and even more so if your group can use voice chat. One person can carry 4 other random people if you just get them to get on discord or skype. It's an easy way to get designs, and it takes less time than Broken Prison did.
Yes, it's a re-release, but probably half the people in my guild didn't play TERA the last time it was released, and we have a large guild.
