my internet connection is normal, i not have problems in my internet, my normal ping always was 50-100 , now my ping is 140-250 After the last maintenance

    They didn't change anything about the game code or servers themselves during maintenance that changed your ping. However, it looks like some changes occurred in the Chicago area that might impact your route to the servers, which could cause this sort of problem. It would probably be helpful if you could post a traceroute to diag.enmasse.com so we could see the path you're taking to the server now.
