Basically anything that proves someone doesn't give a crap and wants to get carried so they can roll on everything. I try not to kick new undergeared players who are putting in effort to learn even if they're causing situations that are a pain in the [filtered] ex. new tanks losing aggro, new dps doing low damage, new healers not being able to keep their debuffs up.
I'm exactly the same way. I never kick people because I'm so used to being kicked from parties when I was a complete noob that it almost ruined the game for me, so I try not to make people feel as frustrated as I was.
Bad gear? -- don't care.
Dying an excessive amount? -- don't care.
wrong crystals? -- don't care.
The ONLY times that I kick are what was quoted, but as well as if they are a detriment to the party. I've seen a Brawler in DFNM a long time ago (back when the laser was a one shot) who didn't speak English, run around to the back and start attacking with us from behind. After a party wipe we had to kick him. If he had stayed in front of the boss, nobody would have cared how bad his gear was, or how wrong his crystals were. As long as the rest of the party can carry them to victory, then I don't kick.
Priests who don't use energy star and triple nemesis, but likes to spam divine intervention to annoy people.
Mystic without auras in entire fight even I already reminded them.
Brawlers who don't know what growing fury is. All they are doing is left left left right spinning and rampage, occasionally jackhammer.
Zerks/Warriors who queue as tank role for instant pop but going DPS and say dungeon will be cleared faster if they DPS.
Warriors who queue as DPS role but stay in d-stance and use battle cry in their rotations to screw the tank.
Any people who wipe entire party in a mechanism many times in mechanism-dependent dungeons like MM. Sorry you must read a guide before coming here.
Most male castanics, I hate being a racist but from thousands my IMS run I can safely tell 95% of male castanics I met are retards. Even elins that have largest player base don't have that many traps.
Any people who are at fault but blame other people and shet talk.
Danryl in all 355 dungeons. Just get lost, you and your barrier.
And sadly I do alot of IM's.. The OP People here who try to sound "perfectly patient" probably stay away from IM's and only play with friends, especially in harder dungeons. Its much easier to be patient if you're playing with friends who are probably good players as well. (good players usually stick with good players in order to avoid long-[filtered] trap parties). That way, you can invite unskilled players into the party and "carry" them, so even if they suck, they won't jeopardize a wipe in the party. With such "perfect" settings, it's obviously easy to be so patient. Because they get a nice sleek clear even if they're not skilled, and you feel good with yourself cuz you are a "good samaritan", who "came down from above to help the casuals".
In IM's (I'm mainly talking about more difficult dungens), I barely do the ez dungeons...) this isn't the case. I hate trap runs as dps but as healer I love it. because it makes the dungeon more challenging to me. That said, even as healer I'll eventually lose my patience if we constantly wipe at the same boss for a whole hour. I can detect a definite none-clearable party when I see one, I had too many bad experiences ...Not to try to sound too cocky, but most of the time I can pull an unexperienced team and help them get a clear even if it will take time, cuz as long as I'm alive there will be a clear. So, if even if I am the healer and there are still wipe fests, this means that the team is too trappy that even I can't help.Note tho, that obviously I do not call them traps, nor do I start blaming people.. I try to keep my frustrations to myself, but I do point out tips (tho usually during IM's I prefer to be that silent one, and not share my opinions cuz I know too much from experience in IM's that there are lots of people who are not nice//overly sensitive even if you try to help them/trash talk, and I don't like fighting.. unless people will start blaming me which most of the time this doesn't happen, unless they're blind).
But if I'm the dps, I can't help keeping people alive, so I'm much less patient as dps. I can understand the frustration of an inexperienced team (mainly trap tank that can't hold aggro) ,so in IM's I prefer to queue as healer most of the time because of that.
Though if its a HM dungeon or something that requires proper gameplay, i`ll attempt to vote kick anyone that doesn't function on a basic level. Same goes for people that cant keep it together, attitude wise. If someone in the party is doing a learning run that's fine by me, but that should be specified (LFG). I rarely complain about people in IMS though, as it would be my own fault for going on one of those joy rides.
You do realise even in LFG you get trap runs, right?
Yeah, but usually LFG parties are made of friends, so trying to kick is usually ineffective and just causes fights, so I prefer to leave if it's too trappy. (and btw, my level tolerance is high, so even if the dps is too slow or whatever, I will still stay.. tho usually i leave after 3 wipes at the same boss).
You can get creative though. Scare them off with some fake Spanish. Been told it does wonders for the sinuses. Fake Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, go full international on the entire party, if that's what it takes. Anything that can imply that you're ping is horrible should do the trick. Though make sure to "throw" in some emogies into the mix. Bad ones. Strange ones. Ones you make up as you go along. Demonstrate a strong and keen will of a person attempting to overcompensate for the seemingly immense language barrier, and you're likely to empty out at least 5/10 parties. No one will want to stick around, or at the very least, they might assume that you have brain damage, and loose all interest in staying.
Take a friend with you so they can`t kick you. Safety first!
