Why does the event give a +12 scroll no new player could use?

    Yeah they can't change that scroll specifically. But someone had mentioned ktera DOES have a scroll that works on misery to +12. I guess they just couldn't find it?

    The circlet fragments allows you to buy a head piece. The fragments are the only way to get those out side dungeons.

    You do, however, get fragments from other sources. Granted, not as fast but it's not nearly as unique as you are making it out to be.
    The veterans cape is a kind rare item.

    3-4k on the broker. Such rare, much wow.
    And a free mount is a free mount.

    And a useless mount is a useless mount.
    Really not sure how you were "baited" into leveling to 65 on a free to play game.

    Quite obvious. He specifically said it was the scroll that convinced him to play Tera only to find out the scroll is not what it should've been. It might be free to play but you still invest time into it.
