What triggers quest for Berserker tanking?

Just leveled my second Zerker, and when this one hit 65 I went immediately to Highwatch to get my last few skills...but the quest isn't there to get the tanking skills. First Zerk was a year ago, so I dunno how to get those other skills?

Basically, I'm wondering if I need a support ticket or if there is a step I am missing that I have to do first...

If anyone knows I appreciate the help. If no one knows, well, I'm not out anything, am I? :blush:

    Google is your friend~ (because that's basically what I did too since the game doesn't really tell you...)

    Anyway, you should have an auto-completed Zone quest in Higwatch as soon as you reach 65. It should tell you to talk to the Tactics instructor that will allow you to learn or upgrade skills. He will then redirect you for the rest of the quest, it's pretty quick.

    Support ticket then. Level 65, and the instructor won't talk to me.

    And I tried Google, and I couldn't get confirmation that it auto-triggers with reaching 65. Only that it is available at 65. Thanks!

    It's embarrassing admission time. I found the problem, no ticket required. I kept thinking about your answer.

    And I realized: ZONE Quest. Not Story Quest.

    ...and I had turned off Zone Quests on the map, the NPCs and on the compass.

    And manually checking for the quest, I was going to the trainer on the balcony, NOT the guy in the temple, the actual skill trainer.

    Thank you for your reply, it made all the difference. Problem fixed, obviously. Fault discovered--located between User's ears.
