Dyeable stoles/scarves/capes

Add these to the cash shop and you could probably charge more than a mount. I'd make five different ones, but I've listed 'em in the order of their (guessed) value/desire:

1. stole/scarf solid, dye covers all -- same model as snowy, simply rename and mark it as dyeable
2. stole/scarf plaid, dye tints the non-black checkered areas (same as bruiser, blue area is what the dye touches)
3. cape solid, dye covers it all (same model as captain/veteran/etc)
4. cape translucent, dye tints all (same model as noble)
5. cape cloudy, dye tints all, including the particle effect (same model as indifference)

Development time should be very small for the artwork -- it's just making existing art dyeable. My guess is that the RTI on the effort would easily be 10x greater than that of any mount. For instance, because the unity & bruiser stoles aren't available in the cash shop, I'm not buying costumes for two of my characters. They'll just have to languish in ugliness until those become available. If those were in the shop (or better yet, dyeables), I'd not only buy the stoles right away, but four other items as well to complete the outfits.

Comments

  • I agree, along with extending the dyeable ability to some other accessories. Things like ribbons and hats would go along well with scarves.

I'm really amazed BHS hasn't done this honestly. This expands their cash shop selection and costume choice, which is their primary income I believe.
  • Oh yeah dyeable scarves !! *-*
