So what do? I'm working on getting more FS to be dropped in dungeons, but I'll give more details on this late tomorrow. QA says that is wisest. Also, the cost of the Enchantment Bonanza Box will be reduced down to 12k KS.

    Other glaring issues:

    - spellbind availability
    - near complete removal of titan ember from the game

If you're fiddling with drops, add them to drop tables (in case of spellbinds, normal tradable ones). On a side not, spellbinds in cash shop are literally an overpriced insult towards the players (converts to 170g/1 at 1:30, ratio which already is almost a pipe dream), not mentioning rerolling casino mechanics - so one can part with hundreds of dollars and end with nothing in exchange. Why is it even there in the first place, where playing the game should provide proper quantites ?

Alternatively / additionally: add missing tiered spellbinds to bam token rewards. Noone needs t8, but why are t9 ones not available in shadcore "shop" and t10 in shadtop ? 1:6 conversion ratio is also quite broken

Since Ghillieglade isn't worth doing these days, maybe add 15-30 T8/9 feedstock per run? Most have been suggesting to add gold back in, but feedstock would also be pretty nice drops for Ghillieglade as well.

Treeshark: I would suggest simply drastically increasing the amount of feedstock that drops from dungeons. Stacks of 5 could become stacks of 50 for instance.

In addition, can you please look at the Titan Ember supply issue? There is currently very, very few ways of getting them. Personally I would like to see either Collaboration Crates added to the Vanguard/Bellicarium/Killing Spree merchants OR replacing cruxes in the MWA boxes with embers/eases and adding them to the Bonanza Box drop table.

4x ghilie 4 embers, i do that on couple characters and i get enough embers. on my server white dendrite are tough and rare and already 3k + which makes etching super tough and expensive.

Increase the current stack sizes that drop from the dungeons by a large amount, at least triple. Please do not put any more in the vangaurd requests, putting more feed into the vanguards will still make the amount of feedstock you can get very limited, as you can only complete eight vanguard requests per day. I can do Shadetop and Shadecore BAMs on IoD in ~30 mins, leaving me with only two more vanguards left for the day. If I do more dungeons after those two, I am not rewarded significantly, as the amount that drops from the dungeons themselves is very low.
  • Maybe replacing the T9/T10 mes from weekly reward as well for a higher ammount of feedstock? Since mes prices are stupidly low currently, IMO 10x t9/5x t10 mes is pretty bad, even though it's free. I think 10x bravery + T8/T9 spellbind + T8/T9 feedstock would be pretty good for most people gearing up or rerolling endgame gear/alts.
  • Because gold removal from Ghilliglade happened, and I understand why, just make each Ghilliglade run give between 25-75 T8 Feedstock, if you are elite and you can do it four times you'll get an easy 100 - 300 T8 Feedstock per character. You can also have Ghilliglade drop the low tier IoD tokens, maybe 2 or 3 per run, if even that. Increasing the drop amount from the other dungeons isn't a bad idea either, neither is vanguard daily amount too. but I don't know how much power EME has over changing those things.

Just my thoughts. *wags his tail*

    1. i think the bellicarium bonanza boxes should be reverted back to their original price. (well, the price before this change, not the 8k one) as it stands, even if i was losing a game before, i still was like. well. at least i get some credits so i can buy boxes. now the long queue times and the string of losses COMBINED make it severely not worth it.

    2. i like the idea of feeding a piece of gear more gear for a low chance to enchant. but... i prefer to how it used to be back before the feedstock addition and pre 65. where it had to be the same tier or same type, not the EXACT same piece of gear. is it possible to maybe go back to that old way of enchanting? it would certainly help on runs where you have no leather classes but ONLY leather is dropping. cry cry.

    3. update the enchanting boxes you can get in the vg store to give feedstock 8 and 9 not 5 and 6. those aren't even relevant end game, or when you're 65 and can finally spend vgs. you're in idoneal and the next tier is 9 currently.

    4. piggybacking off of that, possibly have the mwa boxes drop small amounts of feedstock too? instead of cruxes or something.

I rather like the suggestion of making the IOD bams drop some feedstock too.

And would it be possible to add t9 spellbind to shadecore and/or shadetop? With the conversion rate for the undershade t8, it's not especially reasonable to get that and convert it up...

T8 Feedstock should probably be added to token shops and as a drop for IOD Bams with varying amount based on tier. BAMs no longer drop gold, so having mid tier feedstock as a substitute for high end BAMs is a good idea. Or, instead of as a drop for the bams just have it be as a rewarded from the Vanguard system when you're at 0 badges with the amount varying on the tier/difficulty of the quest.

Since we have to fight so very many IOD bams, it would be lovely if they would drop more than the occasional CCB, FC, or SES. In fact it'd be great if the drop rate could be upped on the last one.

Nothing that hasn't been said already.

For the millionth time, just increase restore the Vanguard feedstock rewards to what they used to be before the Ninja patch: 30-40 per task.

    Problem. Solved. Bada-bing, bada-boom!

But if that's too difficult (which it shouldn't be, 'cause it's happening right now), just have the BAMs on Island of Dawn drop 'em. We gotta farm them anyway. Let's make it worthwhile.

And give a lil' somethin'-somethin' for the PvP stuff. Let's have fun and feel rewarded.

When it comes to feedstock, the changes to the elite boxes will be great. One of the best solutions, that kills two birds with one stone, is to just increase how much drops in dungeons in conjunction with the elite boxes. Sure, while the drops are tweaked to find a good number you might need to run some more events and help the community out, but it's a perfect opportunity give people more incentive to run dungeons. I don't think this is an easy fix to get done because of how long it's taken other loot changes to come in, but I don't honestly see why they drops of dungeons are being increased. Honestly, right now they are kinda okay at best. A strongbox event, the elite, buffs, and things like this need to happen to pump feedstock in.

As for the VM designs there are two reasons I think they should not be messed with. One, they require a ton of feedstock and other materials. Making it easier for players to acquire enormous feedstock sinks while trying to increase the amount of feedstock just seems counter intuitive. On top of this, when VM sets come out with individual designs, they have more intrinsic value. It might just be a personal note, but I feel like I've accomplished a bit more when working hard for the VM mats. Secondly, VM is not required for any dungeon this patch. Starfall and even Slaughter is much more than enough for even SSHM. Honestly, I have a strong opinion on how hard VM should be to get. I've seen the game state when VM is hard to get and when it is easy to get. I much prefer the former. Over all, we have bigger problems than VM design drop rates.

I wrote this up really quickly, so it's kind of all over the place and not very clear. So I guess TL:DR: put more feedstock in dungeons + more events and elite box changes. + Leave VM designs alone, at least for now.

I'm currently 1/3 the way into my SSHM title, and I've yet to seen a single design, for any class drop. And even if one did, I'd have to roll against 4 other people for it. While I agree VM should be hard to make, this is not the way to go about it by making the ability to make it nearly impossible, after you've went through all the hard mode dungeons of the patch and grinded all the necessary mats for it. It's the VM mats boxes that should have never been implemented, not this gigantic rng/pay wall.

I agree with you on the RNG boxes, but since they are here the bottle neck has to come from somewhere. The fact that it comes from one design is a little frustrating, but in all honesty that's the only keeping the gear from being made in 2 days.

It's not the best scenario, but it's either the design bottlenecks us or nothing does. ): We're kinda in a lose-lose here. lol

Not so sure the double drop event helped the feedstock situation either.

Now I have 19 pieces of +0 slaughterer gear across 5 characters. Since SL gear seems harder to enchant than dread was after brawler patch I'm guessing would take about 30-40k worth of t9 feed to enchant.

That's around 1 to 1.5 million at current prices just for mid tier gear... which.. well I don't have, but the point is, double drops increased the amount of things to be enchanted (demand) far more than the feed supply.

I'm not so sure the devs appreciate how much dismantling contributed to feed supply.

Before patch for example you could do something simple like 4xCW in 1 hour, (from memory) this might get you about 60 feed from vanguards, maybe 50 feed from drops and probably 200 feed from dismantling. Even doubling vanguard rewards doesn't make up the difference.

It isn't a solution to the FS problem, but perhaps it might be worth doing double or triple drops in the easy dungeons like KC And CW so that at least the new players can try to gear enchant their dread. They must be quite stuck right now.
  • Dungeon feedstock drops: Rather than distributing dungeon drop FS randomly, you can make it so everyone gets the FS that was looted by one person.

Vanguard FS: Feedstock rewarded from PvE should be increased by 25~50% depending on difficulty and PvP by 100%.

Bellicarium and Killing Spree shops: Reduce the price of those enchantment boxes by 50~75%. 12k KS points still seems ridiculous.

Vanguard Quartermaster: http://i.imgur.com/XAPlvwu.png Enchantment Boon Box needs to be updated to give out T8/9 feedtstock and reduce the price to 150~300 credits depending on how much feedstock they give out. Also change it to the same loot box as the MWA box, much easier to spam them open.

It's a good idea to put additional feedstock drops into dungeons, i hope it will also decrease time i'm spending in queue, cuz people actually starts doing dungeons.
Also i not recomend you to add some drops to IoD BAM's - it's not a single player game, no need to encourage solo activities. Actually would be good if you remove Tera reward points from IoD VG dailies - same reason - no need to encourage solo activities. If people feels that playing as solo are more profitable - they will never group up.
About Bonanza box - would be great to see if cost will be reduced down in BC shop too. How about 20k per unit?
