    Spikes 100-700 . Chargable skills are a pain, rapid fire awful. monsters freeze - I freeze (at time I don't ), everything freezes and then they continue move fastly doing what had to be done during this freeze time.
    Unplayable.

    The server has been acting potato since last night, I know it's not my internet and it happens at the same time as multiple people in voice chat while we're running stuff.
    Does the issue only happen in dungeons, or is it also happening in the open world? If it's open world, what server are you on?

    Happens in real world too, when you level up, loots wanna drop and things like that, a hiccup happens.

    Been getting large amounts of latency spikes and what seems to be packet loss the past few weeks which is making the game very unplayable at times. Also no it isn't my internet because every other game i play online isn't affected by it. I'm even using wtfast to try and get a better route but its not helping.

    Well I came here to whine too.
    Spikes even when na has night from 100 to 700. I have access to switch another internet but its no matter - all same, no matter wtfast, no matter route.Very hard to play!

    That's actually quite something. I'm taking a similar route, but from a different origin and slightly different hops in New York and Chicago, but somehow that's enough to avoid it. But yeah, that's definitely not right.

    Huge lag today. Comcast friends are getting memed, but beyond that people who don't have comcast are experiencing +200 ping spikes to their normal.

    Edit: Almost 24 hours later, same thing. Dear god please talk to Savvis immediately, their nodes are really screwed rn.

    So again, just in case anyone else is noticing this too, it's a thing.

    Edit: Around 6:45pm PDT, this issue was resolved. However, some Comcast users noted that they started having separate problems around that time.

    I have been playing Tera EU, Ktera and Tera Na since 2013.

    From these 3, Na has the biggest lag!
    Even Ktera with ping of 300 to 400 I do not have that lag.
    Open menu, bank, post even speak with NCP NA lag. I tried remove sounds, it got better but really.

    What is going on "Enmasse" with your internet/server/infrastructure?
    I remember very well that you made a improvement in the server but we did NOT see it happening in the background.

    Game sometimes crash mostly during DG and events like Dreamstorm.

    The lag that Enmasse is facing now are related to internet/server/infrastructure (maybe just one of these, 2 or all), that the issue right now.

    Now the main problem of Tera and BLUESTUDIOS that I have seem millions of posts, threads, complains, etc. is the OPTIMIZATION. This is ANOTHER different issue that ALL TERAS are facing.

    (What I really believe is Tera will die with FPS issue. Even more, Tera is still running in 32 bits, this is another issue to be checked with Bluestudios and may impact in another stuff in the background).

    A very good example is "Blade and Soul" has been optimized and rebuilt in the 64 bits.

    Why Bluestudios is keeping the game in this way?
    Why Bluestudios is keeping killing the game removing good contents like Alliance and Sky castle? (this can be a bit silly but a lot of people really like these 2 PvP contents, now PvP just dead with no sense BG and GvG no sense).
    Bluestudios in my opinion have not idea about Tera improvement!

    The game is dying and nobody cares. Server are getting more and more empty. Even more than Ktera and EU Tera!

    Bluestudios should give us a feedback about these stuff.

  • The recent increase in gameplay-affecting lag spikes have been truly frustrating for players and the TERA staff at EME alike. We have been working with our technology partners and the game’s developers to identify possible root causes since the issues began in May. Though we’ve not yet identified a root cause, we do have some hypotheses as to what might be causing the recent issues.

    To help support our investigation and build a case that we can escalate to the appropriate parties, we continue to require supporting data from players. If you experience a gameplay-disrupting lag spike, we ask that you please submit to us the following information in an email to “[email protected]”:

    Internally, our Operations team is collating the data you provide and corroborating it with their own monitoring tools to get a better sense of what’s happening in the TERA server environment at the time these lag spikes occur. While our monitoring hasn't revealed any corresponding network events surrounding recent reports of lag spikes, identifying any impact on the server environment when lag spikes occur will be essential to finding the cause and ultimately arriving at a solution.

    It’s important to note that you will not receive a direct response when submitting the information above. We are not using this data to address player-specific issues on a case-by-case basis. Instead, we are looking at the aggregated data to help identify the larger root cause of the recent issues.

    The Product and Community teams at En Masse recognize the severity of these issues and remain diligent in monitoring community reports of them. We have established a regular meeting internally to review community reports and raise awareness around the current volume and severity of community reports involving network stability.

    I know this is not the update many of you were hoping for, but I wanted to provide the community some transparency into our current efforts and encourage you to continue providing the above information to “[email protected]”. It truly is helpful to our ongoing investigation of these issues. We appreciate your continued patience and support.

    I have done it once and the support could not help much. (Be in mind that the support of Enmasse is just really great, our issue is with who is coordinate Enmasse and infrastructure).
    I believe you guys have millions of these records, so why more?

    What is the reason to overload the support with new tickets once again with this pretty old topic that you guys could not solve since 2014 that we start this discussion?

    This is has been done really 5 times or even more like this thread and nothing happen after all! (just check the old forum to find topics like this with no solution).
    What is the point to start another duplicated thread!?

    You (Enmasse) are just trying to cover the sun with a fishing net. Instead running in circle with these tickets you guys should invest more in the main problem.

    Please do not take as a personal attack and yes a feedback from a old player that want to see this game running good.
