    Only BiS/VM gear can be awakened, so no.

    No it can`t, on exchangue it has high raw stats.

    The whole point is that it can't be awakened, yet it's on par (more or less) with +15 gear in pvp :D

    not if you know a crafter - all the mats can literally be bought. Even the designs can, but so far no one is selling on AV.

    It should be awakened gears for how grindy it is, but at the same time it'll probably go down as the grindiest gear set that ever came into TERA if that was to happen.

    Is it -_-? You can buy all the mats and pay/beg someone to craft it.

    Starfall Gunner + Lancer (weapon +15, rest +12 iirc) couldn't do [filtered] against full Conflate; pve damage is comparable to pve rolled slaughter.

    I didn't quite like it at first cause defense seemed low, but after completing the set, it's pretty damn good.

    And enchanting one piece to +12 = same feed/mwa as getting a SF piece FROM +12 TO +13-15 depending on your luck...

    To be fair, I now hate CS (designs ARE [filtered] grindy), but whatever :D

    Conflate is more for the new players and favours dps over tanks. It's the cheaper option for those who consistently PVP.

    It doesn't need to be awakened at all really. You want +15 go grind for it. Star fall is still reasonable to use and can be awakened.
