About the Kritika cross-mount thingy

Do I have to start a new character or can I use a character that hasn't reached lv 20 or 50 yet?

    From the news page:
Only new Kritika Online characters after Thursday, August 17 at 10 a.m. PDT qualify for the rewards, even if you already have a Kritika Online character. That is, you will only receive the code if you start a new character on or after Thursday, August 17, and reach at least level 20 before the deadline on Thursday, August 31.
Existing Kritika Online characters are eligible so long as they have not yet hit level 20 or 50. If you tried Kritika Online earlier and came up short, come back and hit level 20 or 50 and you will receive the mount!
If you already have a level 51+ character in Kritika Online, you can create a new character and level them up to be eligible for the mount!

So you have to start a new character on or after August 17, but existing online characters are eligible if they haven't already reached level 20/50. My head is spinning.

Players going to Kritika- make a new character after august 17
Exiting players- start new character or play on old character under level 20. Characters over 20 do not qualify
  • is the mount account wide or one character use? :/ im guessing one character use like the other event mounts?

Ok but that doesn't really matter much.
They would never give account bound anything. They're luring ppl to buy stuff, not doing good deeds.

Not only do i think it's character not account, but I'm under the understanding it can only be claimed once per account
