What is with all the "Cyano Guards"

As the title says...what are they, what do you do...see argon capsules...do nothing....hit the guys and they take no damage...and beat you to death....any help or explanation would be greatful...been away from the game for a while and now back to playing regularly.

    Its a argon spawn event asside the little mobs bosses spawn too which drop loot boxes. The mobs are based on hits they get to die not damage.

    thanks for the explanation...still they are hampering doors for quests and chests etc.....
