Could be good if a game that is rated for some kind of audience would be able to only be conformed for those kind of people but sadly I think mature people sometimes are the ones who spend less in games so a game benefits from some teens with "open mind" playing the game.
It never mattered to me, but I guess it's because I played stuff like GTA at a young age. There's worse things young people can do than playing games, like smoking. Just like M games they're only illegal to buy but you can still smoke and not get in trouble even though technically there shouldn't be a way for them to have it, but laws don't follow logic.
