P4 3 stack bug

Sometimes I'll be stuck with 3 stacks and it won't up at all, anybody else? Know what causes it?

    What do you mean?
    If someone else taunts the boss, you won't get more stacks.
    Or did the raid wipe, you self-ressed inside and noticed you still had stacks?

    Depends on the mechanics. Sometimes it will be very slow depending on what vergos does and at other times it will be quick. It's perfectly normal.
