I am stuck in FF after returning to the game and missing out the free transfer window. Majority of it it is ok, as the occasional PvP at rallies and GvG in highwatch can be avoided. But when ppl are killing u while doing argons/tping to another map. It is frustrating and the fact that i still have to read their vulgar language downgrading other ppl in global chat AFTER i blocked them make it much less enjoyable. PvP65 has not helped at all, since PvPers can sneak up to you without outlaw and kill u right after. It is disgusting.

    Transfers should be up this week according to EME. Sorry you missed the free transfers but that's just how it is. Gonna have to deal with it for now.

    When the server merge was announced so many people were saying that owpvp never happens and this wouldn't cause anyone problems lmao

    they likely meant on your average day. previous mongos or events have had safe zones for pve and/or lower gear players so i guess people also thought that would be another reason it wouldn't be a problem.

    owpvp mostly happens in vo. even then it's mostly people dueling / not red. the rare time it happens outside of vo is either a gvg or a event. and even more rarely is when someone tries to "revive" Fey Forest or Oblivion Woods and spam global telling people to go there.
    aside from events and gvg, i'd say that the only harm you will receive is from pve or, someone hurting your feelings in chat. : (
    if you stay clear of vo that is. every other non safe zone area is usually empty when there's nothing going on. i usually like to wonder around the ow and i usually either see a 65 steering away from me or a curious lower level. i have had 2-3 people that have willingly attacked me while i was red in open world outside of vo on a average day since server merge.
