Hello friends, where can I get these mounts? Noble Aether and Specter?
I am collecting the ghost mounts and so far I only have 2/4 (Thunderbolt and Royal Ghost Dragon)

    I am pretty sure that these two mounts are exclusive to tier 10 of the Rewards Emporium.

    At this point, there is no other way. I think it's not terribly likely they will add another way later because it's specifically called out as an exclusive.

    I'd just wait if I were you. Nearly every special exclusive thing eventually gets introduced to the general population in a way that completely blows its exclusivity out of the water. With rewards shop items it is indeed trickier to say this with the same level of confidence that I might have for any other object, but it's not like you have another option anyway. :shrug:
