Sister of Frost uniform smart box untradeable?

I bought sister of frost school bundle during the sale and discovered that only the uniform smart box was untradeable. Is it like this for anyone else or am I just having a bug?

    Yes, the boxes were made untradeable (or weren't they always untradeable?). The costumes tho are not, so you need to open it with a specific race that you want to generate the costume towards, and not equip it, so it just generates a tradable costume.
