Need help fixing the framerate.

Hey, i am getting some issues regarding FPS in the game.

My setup is

Asrock 970 extreme3
Amd FX 6300 3.5ghz
Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo heatsink
16GB Ram
MSI GTX 960 2gb

I've tried to follow some fixes, including the enabling of DX11 by manually editing the s1engine.ini file and set it to read only, but it was in vain

    I have an Nvidia 980 and i have done everything possible and i get 20-80fps. This game is poorly optimized and I don't think there is a way to fix it.

    Change the screen resolution from the Tera settings. It might be a little blurry (if you're in fullscreen mode), but it's a sacrifice and you'll get used to it. I used to have all low settings and with the highest resolution and I could only top 20fps. I turned the resolution from 1920×1080 to 1600×900 and I can get up to 80fps in some zones.
