Race change, and Elin Gunners

@Enmasse when the Elin gunner comes out please add the ability to use the race change gunner is my class since i started playing and i want to switch to elin, but if it requires restarting from level one then thats lame

    I was also gonna say that leveling isn't all that much nowadays but you got a point on mounts, gear and such. Even if costumes are a bother to get changed via support (probably why they're locking out the race changes, it would be a MASSIVE ticket flow for this), I think it would be nice to just get your character already at top level geared as you spent so much time doing, but on the race you wanted it.

    or make the elin gunner and oh a bonus we will let every one race change on this wanted product to save you all money , Hmm me thinks they wont

    XD i have weapon and costumes sitting to the side right now for her. Bit gear is going to be the grind of my life in sure alot of people want to race change because there gunner already +15 so it more like you dont have to do the grind again. But what I remember from k Tera you still cant race change

    It something for something. You get an elin gunner but as return you ned to level it from scratch. I see it pretty much reasonable considering the elin gunn er is just a timed event and after the time ends you cant make one anymore, so changing items because people are too lazy to level i dont see it happening.

    as for gear....it wont be a grind if you made the set yourself. you can always liberate it and trade it to the elin gunner.

    trueee so XD im not actually seeing the problem on the other hand it does bring eme profit because people need to buy costumes for the elin

    It is clear why no race change is needed. Elin gunner is considered a new class joining Tera, they want you to make a new one as you make new class, so they can make profit. On many levels I am against BHS but this is actually a good thing for them, so they can make a good amount of profit because many players will probably make one Elin Gunner.

    Indeed, nice point on liberating gear. Forgot that. When you count the cost of the race changer, you will still end up spending something to change from castanic/elf to Elin anyway (would be cheaper with the race changer still).

    Well it's also not like you lose your current Gunner, just that... it may sit there gathering dust (albeit I quite like my Castanic gunner)

    If they won't allow it, I will kind of understand that - as far as I know, exchanging all costumes after race change is a manual process, and if thousands of ppl made such request at day 1 release, it would clog Customer Support for weeks.

    elin gunner is for a limited time only so thats why there won't be race changes for it
