Kritika wolf mount event

I leveled a character to level 20 in Kritika online in time to get the pink wolf mount Lady. The event stated the codes would be emailed for the mount by September 8th but I never received one. Is there something else I'm supposed to do in order to get the mount code?

    They are in your item claim. There is no code.

    Even in game there are two notifications that something has arrived in item claim , visual and audio, but seem people don't notice or check to see what they received

    Thanks, I was looking for an email too (I thought that's what the article said)
