More lag and worse routing lately..

When the switch was made from zayo to savvis, it changed my ping from 15 to 45, which was.. fine. whatever, if it helps others.. but for the last week or so, my ping is 80 at a minimum, spiking higher as it randomly decides to route me 1000 miles in the wrong direction. Is it just incompetence, or what? At this point, routing has been an issue for nearly a full year. It's a joke. Yeah this is just a selfish rant but it's pretty annoying that i can't play tera reliably despite living 250 miles from the server.

    My ping has been all over the place. It will jump from 40 up to 400 and when doing instance runs it's a pain, not to mention it will spike so bad I get disconnected. By the time I am reconnected the instance will be over and I'd of lost out on of my entries for the day. I really hope this get's fixed soon

    I thought that was only me and my isp. I've noticed that my ping starts jumping between 80 and 400-1000 at 12pm pdt until 10pm pdt.
