Spellbinds is something that is farmed slowly, your best bet is buying from other players that enchanting material or farming underhold tokens to convert t10 spellbinds into t11 spellbinds, that is not that worth in time in my opinion but you can still save time.
Other way to get gold enought to get your spellbinds would be getting goddess tears or lakan scales from interhold and supperhold tokens, sell them (about 500g for tears and 800g for scales) and use the gold to buy spellbinds (they cost about 5g on broker).
If you have friends that play with healers and tanks and can form a static party that would be your best bet, if you all are already ilvl 423 and can do properly dungeons as BRHM and VHHM then you can focus on them and sell the Lakan Treasure chest (about 500g) and the scales and other posible drops from there. If you can't run HM dungeons then focus on mid tier dungeons as VHNM to get the Followers supply crate and sell them (about 150g) also sell all the Ambush crafting mats you get from those dungeons.
If you get crystal boxes, sell them, they can get you about 150g.
Try to buy Ghillieglade tickets and do that dungeon 4 times, it won't take you much time and you can get if lucky gems or some extra rewards that can be worth selling to other players.
If you are able to run PoP then do it.
If getting full mid tier gear to max enchanting level is your actual focus then try to run mid tier dungeons as much as you can and if posible, roll for the misery gear for your class if you dont have that piece +12, because you can try enchant with gear also.
Also a reminder, if you haven finished the story quest from lvl 60 to 65 I recomed you to do them, you will get about 4k gold and 2k vanguard credits, also 4 keen vyrsk that you can sell if you already have them equiped.
Check if you already did all your lvl 65 red quest, you will get several enchanting mats and from ACE dungeons you will get 4 red fine niveots, again if you already have equiped you can sell those.
About what to do with your vanguard credits I will let you decide because the market is always chaging, you can get mwa boxes to get your mwa to enchant or get blue or red niveots to sell them to get gold and buy other kind of mats. This is a little bit tricky because mwa cost are not so high and crystals sometimes sell 3x or more times the value of a mwa box, so you also have to get the market prices to see what benefits you the most.
*unless you get addicted to +15 enchanting or cash shop costumes
The only problem I see here is the real money part.
ALSO: A HUGE tip on enchanting your weapons to save you some gold on FS. Use green alkahest and 4 feed a few times before using the recommended and yellow feedstock.
So use 16 green alk, 4 feedstock, keep using it until you hover over the piece of gear and have a high enchantment chance percentage. High is 10% or more.
The reason for this is that green alk raises your enchantment success rate everytime you use it, so by sacrificing the cheap alkahest that you need less of to enchant - you are gaining a much higher chance at succeeding. Only start using this method around +7.
