So HH resets at 5AM PDT and maintenance is at 10Am - is that correct?

In KTERA, by BHS, oblit essence had not become bankable even after the patch. And EME does not have any right to change this by themselves. Still, EME can ask BHS to make the essence bankable, but there has never been any announcement for the thing that EME cannot handle.
So I would say..do not expect any announcement for this.
One ridiculous thing is..at least EME can say "We are aware of this issue on many players, we will ask BHS to change it but we cannot guarantee the change at this point".
This sounds like dodging, but at least they respond people's request and still much better than "IGNORING" in terms of "managing community".
However, for the thing that EME cannot directly make decision, there has been no single announcement or a comment at all from my entire NA tera life.
