Reward notifier tool suggestion "How much gold did I make?"

So I was realizing that this game needs a more organised way to tell the player what you have earned on that character before you sign out so that way people will realize how much reward is actually being earned. Then with this they can feel what is most favorite method for them and also know it is a rewarding game.

There is already a notification for this. It's called your on-hand gold. You look at how much you had before you completed an activity, and then you look again after you complete an activity.

Well thanks captain obvious lol, this on hand gold number fluctuates so much during play so it would be very helpful to see a separate details window showing money in and money out. Where its going and where it came from. Most importantly though a total gained amount to show you how much you earned on that character at that time. It gives the player a sense of reward and what is happening.
  • Just seems unnecessary/luxurious compared to many other quality of life things they could be adding. Not that any would be added regardless.

Pretty sure it exists anyways. Anytime I pick up gold it tells me exactly what I am getting, same with broker sells, and quests. So I have no idea why this would even be needed.

Sometimes common sense isn't so common, so here's another obvious tip: Excel or Google Sheets.

Best part is, this can be used not only in TERA, but another game called Real Life (TM)!
  • take out all your gold from inventory and put it in the bank. start with 0 gold, then do your things you do for gold, then open inventory and look at the amount after each time. maybe use a pen or pencil, with paper and write down what you did and how much you made from each task. then at the end of it all look and see how much you have in your inventory. that's what I do with the exception of writing it down.

  • lol you guy are all silly... its simple to write things down sure but its convenient to have a details button and an auto logger. You guys are all missing the point. People want to know they are being rewarded and tera has it spread out all over the place and you never really feel like youre getting enough gold.
