You there were considerations last patch to make T7 MES convertible to higher tier. Didn't happen. I had to trow away over 9000 T7 MES. This patch is still young but I already have about 400 T8 MES in the bank. Don't get me wrong I'm not even trying to farm those. Looking at weekly benefit i can roughly imagine how many of those I would have in bank till the end of patch. Useless and meaningless loot.

Please reconsider making tiered MES convertible or at list dismantlble to feedstock

    Oh, thanks for the reminder. T7 MES, one more thing I can delete from my bank.

    @Munching alts at this point will be using T8 gear, as there is no more T7 gear.

    @Munching yeah, I still need my T8. Forgot I still had T7 trash lying around though. Would be nice if we could convert. In fact, I have T10 that I probably don't need because I'm not awesome enough to craft and awaken VM gear, I'd actually like the opportunity to downgrade that to T9 if possible.

    T10 would be still useful I believe next patch, if you stick long enough to see it and if they don't bring up something else

    @Munching well I guess I could save my T10 for when T10 is the new mid tier? But I'll probably never have VM gear, so it's useless to me right now. I have too many alts and it pisses me off enough just trying to enchant Slaughter, don't even want to know what awakening is like, I'd probably rather commit Seppuku than spend 500k just to +15 one [filtered] piece of gear... that would make me ragequit in a heartbeat.

    @Nektor yeah I probably will be here when next patch rolls around. This game certainly has its flaws but it's been fun enough to keep me around and spending money for over a year now, which I think is longer than I stuck with Guild Wars 2. Suppose I'll hold onto my T10 fodder, though at this point I really need T9 more than anything.

    Today after maintenance they dropping the price for bonsai enchantment boxes (whatever it calls) you know boxes from Bellie shop, it seems to give MES more then anything else.

    Or you simply can can go do gathering Vanguards on your undergaered alts for weekly benefits

    @Nektor I don't do pvp unfortunately (or rather fortunately, for me, because I'd probably be horrible at it).. I do spam VGs like crazy on my alts, though those mostly just yield T8, which is nice for gearing up... my alts... lol.

    Two T8 feeds convert into one T9, so upgrade there is viable. T7 feeds also upgrade 2 to 1 into T8, so also viable. MES on the other side cannot be upgraded, and any feed below T7 needs 6 pieces to make one of the higher tier.
