Apparently, there is something suspicious going on now.
At this point, 1 week before the new patch, one thing that people are most interested in is "how many tokens will they get from SES and BES". This is because people already knew KTERA patch note, and our SES and BES are way cheaper than KTERA's.
However, from yesterday, I've heard that NA TERA's convert ratio has been confirmed, and some players got the info from EME staff. Meanwhile, some people started selling their stock of SES and BES way cheaper than they used to be.
I also heard the convert ratio for those items, and it sounds like EME is willing to make SES ans BES just trashes.
If it is true that EME staff leaked their info to some players that they personally know, it will be a serious problem as a game service peovider. I cannot directly prove anything about it, but apparently, people that have been making stock of SES and BES are now having a clearance sale.
And SES price in NA is about 1/15-1/20 of KTERA, but if EME is making the convert ratio of SES like 1/400, it will ruin the economy in backward. It should reflect our economy, but not make them trash just because there are too many SES.

Also hope when they give these infos in 3 days, they come out and aceept sugestions and fixes to the possible mistakes made.
Praying to the patch dont get ruined cuz bad chooses
Player Council may give feedback to EME about fair rate trades of tokens for the new gear revamp, if EME really listen them and they have means to do those changes then obviously few players can get that advantage before others.
However, no matter what is done about this, there will be always people that will be affected by the desicion and others that will benefit the most. That is something unavoidable.
The rumor I've heard is that EME trusted a group of players to help put together the guides and patch notes. This lead to people who had not signed an NDA, be vetted by eme in anyway, get sensitive information. They may or may not have shared it with a friend or two. Word got out.
Tried to keep it vague so there's not call outs.
What can be happening is they are asuming that NA Tera is going to have changes acordingly on how much mats are in players hands already.
They maybe are making a risky move trying to anticipate an unknown outcome, that is something smart people do many times.
That could have nothing to do with them knowing or not knowing before hand about that ingo.

It is by far too suspicious to have an enormous amounts of SES flooding the market in a day.I do not mind losing some gold in investing but I don't see why other players having an assumption that may lead to making a bad decision due to the outcome of the current situation.
SES : 26 or 28 tokens
MES : 1 token
BES : 3 tokens
CES ( common Enigmatic scroll from merchant) : 1 token
Merchants sell CES and if it will be converted to 1 token, it means gold to token ratio is 5g : 1 token.
Then, apparently EME is trying to make SES, MES, and BES trashes.
1. Remember that this convert ratio started spreading from yesterday from a small group of people.
2. People who have been stocking those items turned into SELLER from yesterday.
3. How com they got info about the ratio?
4. Why would EME make those items trash instead of applying NA's economy??
