what's up with support ticket times?
Okay so we don't have live chat support anymore like we used to, but now the ticket response times are getting ridiculous. It went from live support to 2-3 business days, to 5-7 business days, now 7-10 business days??
I understand that after a new patch and new class release, there are going to be a lot of new players and a lot of new issues popping up, but shouldn't EME be prepared for that? Don't they want to attract new players to keep playing the game? Just seems like EME doesn't care about our players at all, putting in less and less effort to help us.
They do have the money to hire extra staff that's needed, that's why there's always money grabbing events or new loot boxes/sales couple times a month. Don't get me wrong but I totally understand that TERA is f2p and the way they keep up the servers is through their cash shop events/sales and I'm totally fine with that. I'd just like to see more effort from the company to show that they actually care about the players.

If they still estimate 5-7 days response time (and isn't it awesome that they tell us that now, instead of having to guess) a month from now, I'll be surprised.
