Brooches and crostar tokens in the upcoming patch?
Hey everyone, I have 2 questions about the upcoming patch I couldn't find an answer to in any guide or Ktera patch note:
-What will the existing brooches (simple empowered/quickcarve, crafted empowered/quickcarve, quatrefoil) convert to?
-Will crocstar tokens still be usuable? Will they be nerfed and contain just manor jewellry?
Thanks everyone for the help, peace

I am not too sure about Crocstar, Idm it being nerfed, because IoD tokens will still have the same boxes, but considering the previous patches, crocstar might just be only for jewelry
@Idi0ticGenius Could you shed some light on which of the old brooches can be upgraded to which of the new brooches after the patch? In your detailed excel sheet, the only time you mentioned 'brooches' is when you displayed the materials required and costs needed to upgrade low to mid to high to top tier brooches.
Crocstar tokens can still be in used, just that it will only sell the old jewelleries, similar to Lakan's Charm this patch. However, you should keep enough crocstar tokens to afford your desired amount of old jewelleries in the next patch, because: https://originalyosha.tumblr.com/post/165924535698/i-know-some-people-are-sticking-with-the-resized
Bascially, you can get free rerollable options on old jewelleries without using Semis, when you buy them from Crocstar tokens and Superhold tokens in the next patch.
Crit factor : Fancy Parthian Brooch > Simple Quickcarve Brooch (rare grade) > Quickcarve Brooch (superior grade) > Quatrefoil Brooch
Power : Ferocious Parthian Brooch > Simple Empowered Brooch (rare grade) > Empowered Brooch (superior grade) > Quatrefoil Brooch
Endurance/Aggro : Sturdy Parthian Brooch > Simple Grounded Brooch (rare grade) > Grounded Brooch (superior grade) > Quatrefoil Brooch
Kinda boring since they all end up Quatrefoil which is Crit/Power mix anyways; lazy design imo. Still cheaper than crafting it if you take like less than 15 tries or so.
DPS and Tank receive Fericious Parthian Brooch from Dougal, while Healers receive Fancy Parthian Brooch.
There are no Cleansing Brooch (both simple and superior version) anywhere to be found except old IoD tokens, and they also do not participate in the upgrade process like shown above (or so I hear, I can't really confirm it).
You can still use Crocstar, Hold tokens, and even Cede tokens (I have a few in KTERA). I forget the contents but looks like Yosha got the hold tokens.
If you do IoD quest they give you 4 Underhold tokens for some reason, and they've been doing this for every patch. iirc they still contain the same content so if you save them up, you can use them to open rare glyph boxes for your alt or something. Of course, there's also getting jewelries but eh....
P.S. you can get cleansing brooch from mid/high tier hold/cede tokens
