  • Potatoes
    Hard boil eggs
    Dill pickles
    Mayo + mustard
    Green onions
    Salt + pepper to taste

    8 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
    2 celery ribs, sliced
    1 cup onion, minced
    5 hard-boiled eggs

    1. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until done. Cool to room temperature.
    2. Place diced potatoes in large bowl.
    3. Mix mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in another bowl.
    4. Add to potatoes.
    5. Add celery and onions and mix well.
    6. Stir in eggs.
    7. Sprinkle a little paprika on top.

    1.5 kilos of potatoes
    2 tbl. mustard gentle
    200 g mayonnaise
    zest from 2 lemons
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tbsp. honey
    2 tbl. olive oil
    3 tbl. vinegar of white wine
    50 g caper
    50 g olives
    4 fp. onions
    2 clones of celery
    ½ bunch of parsley
    1 tsp. paprika

    Keep the potatoes with their peel and wash them thoroughly.
    Put them in a saucepan with cold water, add salt and put them on a high heat. Boil for 30-40 minutes.
    We can punch them with a fork to check if they have boiled.
    Then strain them and leave them aside to cool for 10 minutes.
    In a large bowl, put the mustard, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, pepper, salt and mix with a hand wire until the ingredients are homogenized.
    Once the potatoes have cooled, peel them and cut them irregularly into large pieces.
    Add salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and mix.
    Then put the potatoes in the marinade and add the caper, the olives cut into washers.
    Chop the fresh onions, celery, parsley and add them to the potato bowl.
    Mix with a wooden spoon and transfer to a serving bowl.
    Serve with smoked paprika.
    Kept in a refrigerator. The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the more delicious it gets.

  • Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skrewers

    1 lb shrimp (peeled and deviened)
    Zest and Juice of a large Lemon
    2 tbsp olive oil
    6 cloves of garlic minces
    1/4 cup white wine
    2 tsp dried parsley
    Pinch of salt and pepper

    If using wooden Skrewers soak in water for about 10-15 mins

    Combine zest, juice, olive oil, garlic, white wine, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowel.

    Rinse shrimp off to male sure all the shells are gone. Add 4 to 5 shrimp to each street and place in a baking dish. Give a final whisk to the liquid then pour over the shrimp. Cover baking dish with plastic wrap and place in frig for 20 -30 mins.

    Then fire up grill....place the Skrewers on the grill and throw the left over marinade away. Grill the shrimp for 4 to 5 mins or til done.
