Designs

Why does it cost so much to buy a design, to be able to upgrade your gear? Like you don't have to craft hundreds of the things already.

    Directly from the Merchant.
  • I don't even want to buy the emerald for 10k, are these going to be drops in other areas as well? Hopefully so, then players can undersell the merchants on the broker.

I think the idea is each player will only buy a few designs and they'll trade for the other things they need. Otherwise a player would just have one of their characters learn alchemy, one learn armorcrafting and one learn weaponcrafting and then they're self-sufficient.
  • You have to grind for gear exp so you don't spend too much in failed enchanting AND you have to grind for extensive amounts of gold, happy times.
