Question about Crit Power Passive from Mounts

So, does it make sense to get a 1.5 and a 2 crit power dragon AND Phoenix each?
I have a 1.5Crit power Phoenix atm and im now figuring out if it makes sense to buy a 2.0 crit power dragon since a phoenix would cost too much gold. Also i can use a 1.5Crit power iron dragon but I dont know if that makes sense. Does it behave like before that i have both crit power buffs and if 2.0 dragon procs during 1.5 that it gets overwritten or does the phoenix crit power buff totally overwrites everything?

    I've been told that if you have multiples mounts that offer the crit power passive, whatever your rode most recently is what will apply the buff.

    2.0 procs do not stack with other 2.0 procs.

    1.5 (+1.0x) procs do not stack with similar procs.

    The last mount that you rode with that passive will have their passive apply.
