what is activate 2nd set of bonus option in weapon/armor

so i was wondering what the

Shift+R click to activate 2nd set of bonus option does

in the weapon/armor. They are quite costly (10k +), so i dont want to waste gold (i am poor) if it doesnt make any significant improvements.

    the Dual roll feature from previous patch...Unlocks a second set of rolls for you to use (you need Semi's to fix them as the gear is NOT Engimatc) and you WILL lose them on upgrading to the next tier

    Its only worth it for storm tier people who

    1) need a roll for pvp/pve
    2) Tank and dps rolls (Brawler and Warrior are examples)
    3) Want to IoD with dps priest/mystic

    It is designed for endgame and it will remain that way. 10k gold to unlock second set iirc but really it isnt alot.
