So I was looking through my bank and realized how many costumes I have that are already bound to characters, some are deleted and I cant use the item anymore.
Do you think that En Masse would ever bring out a scroll that can unbind the costumes, like the liberation scroll for awakened?

    It's been discussed a few times before. The issue, I assume, is that their business model basically revolves around people creating more characters and getting cosmetic items for each of them, so I'm sure their marketing/sales people would have to carefully consider the right price for that sort of item. If you could just buy one costume and trade it between all your alts all the time, and thus spend less than you would have spent otherwise buying costumes for all your alts... well, I'm sure that's what they'd be thinking about. On the other side, of course, some people would be more likely to buy costumes in the first place knowing they have this option. So anyway, it's something that would have to be carefully weighed, even if BHS programmed the functionality.

    Personally, if there were to be that kind of item, I think "re-bind" would be better than "unbind" in this case -- something that would let you trade it to one of your alts, but not trade it to anyone else.

    I thought that maybe it would even out since there would probably be a lot of people that would buy the scrolls to put onto another character, plus they wouldn't have to answer as many 'unbind or change to this character' tickets. Re-bind is what I meant lol sorry. We'll probably never see them though it's just annoying when I have a costume that I can't use anymore because it was on a deleted character. :c Thanks for the reply. :3

    I just wish stuff like that was account bound, not character bound :/ pets and mounts I get but I have like 12 costumes in my bank I can't use now

    The best thing I could say is place in a ticket to CS and see if they can rebind it to a character. Wait the how ever many days it'll take for the response. Best advice I can give S:

    The availability or lack thereof of such product has to do with the business model EME and BHS have for the game. Though it's not uncommon to see games go for account bound outfits, like GW2, or ways to move an outfit between characters for a fee, like BnS. Of course, people would like to extend the life of the things they've bought. But again, business models and all that.

    I was going to put in a ticket but they don't usually let other character wear the costumes so i didn't. Which is why I thought if they made a costume scroll that you could buy with EMP it'd be cool, but they'll probably never make something like that. Even though I think if they did add something like that into the game a lot of people would buy them since they want to use unusable costumes again.
