What class for start at console for a solo player???

I had two chars in PC version: one human slayer (my main now) and one aman priest (old main,erased now) Since i play solo i want a class that i don't need to heal everytime with potions. I remember leveling my slayer here on PC,that i need tons of pots cus there is no healing skill like my priest.

If slayer have a healing skill,gonna be my favorite class,but not at 100x100 cus don't have healing skill. U depend on pots. So,slayer for solo is not 100x100 good idea.

The archer gonna be a good option since they damage at distance while not taking damage,only a unwarned archer take damage. So it's a strong option.

So here i'm,if any beta tester share with us the mechanics of the game gonna be good for know what class is good for solo playing.

Usually archers are good for solo.

    Maybe i will play a slayer again,but the slayer depends on pots. What a [filtered].

    Brawler. You're a tank so groups come easy, you do more damage in solo play than lancer, and you have a self heal.

    I solo as a mystic ever since they removed campfires and crafting potions and all. I know you can buy potions with gold but I don't want to.

    Warrior/valkyrie/ninja are good dps classes for soloing, brawler/warrior are good tank classes, mystic is the better healer class for soloing.

    I think console release will have a patch dated to when this new gearing system starts. So on release you wouldnt have elin gunner or male brawler

    Depends have you played mmorpgs before? Brawler is a untraditional tank. Slayer is essentially a squishy ret*rdin while beserker full ret. But if you've played tanks lancer your best bet. Ranged i'd go archer til you get a feel for how it all works. Melee warrior has a very high learning curve his damage is insane. But yeah slayer a good starter melee would not main with it. For healers go mystic unless you has a lvling buddy cause priest is just plain impossible to solo with.

    if you were good with slayer, warr, valk, and brawler are probably your best bets. ninja can be squishier than a slayer so i'd stick with at least the same armor type class if not better with a similar in a mobs face play style. personally i love ninjas and have no problem soloing with any of the classes some being obviously a bit slower than others but still doable.

    Yes,i have played mmorpgs before, and casuality my first mmorpg was lineage 2 with an human paladin. I keeped the tradition of play tanks after play the age of conan on 2008, where playing a guardian i have got raped by 2 dps. Since then i only play to dps classes or healers. The Lancer is a return to tank role,but i tested it on PC and it is not like other mmorpgs,can do a lot of damage too.

    I would say, to try few classes and see which one fits you. In my case warrior, slayer and archere are no, no. Just can't do well, but playing sorc, its easy mode. Mystic is also nice with thralls.
    If you don't have free slots for your alts, just make another account.

    That's even if the game is released with the extra added classes. They already said the console will be behind in patches compared to PC and that it will take awhile to catch up.

    Well, as well as the brawler male it's released gonna be perfect for me,cus i want to play a tank class now.
