    you get a quest for a free flying mount @65. Not sure about store ones. The quest auto pops up in your log and is in Amjunk trading post . It isnt flying like you are probably thinking though. More like jump way up then glide for a bit. I never even really use it. Faster to just teleport places, though i guess it would be neat for exploring.

    Not sure.. The site I went to just said extended downtime that equaled 5 hours. It gave no information as to why at that time.
