Easier way to get elemental essence?

i am pvp only player that want to get elemental essence but there is no way to get elemental essence the battleground dont pop i am just afk in highwatch just watching my elin hit a hammer can this be put in the emp store or something so i can progress my gears

    Alternately...apparently World bosses (that were listen in the patch notes) drop them
