Opening Cutscene
So, that cutscene with the guy in the robe grabbing the fruit keeps playing. Like, every time I log in, even when switching characters. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Run a game repair in the launcher. If that doesn't fix it, only other thing I can suggest is re-install Tera. Note: It should play for every alternate account you have. This is intended.
Outside of that, if all else fails, send in a ticket.
