Boots upgrading

I know it's somewhat of a meme, but I never done end game on Tera. Is it worth upgrading them to at all in dreadnaught? I only ask because I am just about to start tanking and someone told me they really weren't important like the other three.

    In dreadnought i'd suggest going for +12 weap for sure. Maybe gloves too.

    Chest and boots mw+9 is enough imo.

    Yeah, everything else is +12, but I'll get boots to +9
