Rare Weapon Skin? Lipsplitter

Hello, is there a way to actually obtain this skin [Greatsword Lipsplitter, former Nightforge weapon]?
If not, can you estimate how much it would cost?

I didn't find it in [Fey Forest], maybe other servers might have it...

    It used to be in the fashion coupon shop, both the nightforge pve and pvp weapon skins, but then got removed due to some incompetence and idk if they've put them back in yet

    The Fashion Coupon Store doesn't have too many options for older classes; bows, twin swords and greatswords have only 2 models each (while arcannons, scythes and whatever have tons of options). No Lipsplitter there.
    I don't understand what EnMasse is doing, first of all they removed Remodel and now they nerf the Fashion Coupon!

    try spamming global or the trade chat, these weapons skins used to be tradable so if you have some lucky you might run into some one who has a spare they never got to sell,(used to cost around 4k / 10k per skin but since they arnt in the FC anymore they might go for around 20/50k?)
