    Your reasoning makes no sense. Awakening enchanting had something like a 1-5% chance of enchanting depending on your P2W bonus, you're comparing that to 15% (that can be greatly improved) and complaining about the RNG. I don't know what you want, but I also get the feeling you couldn't answer that yourself.

    You never get to know tha real enchantment success rate on awakening enchanting in previous patches, so you cant say is 1-5%
