    I didn't say anything about high etching prices. I said there was a supply issue for Titan Embers. Currently the only way I know of to farm them is by running Ghillieglade.

    I was fairly surprised with the news of the event that it was just feedstock and what the drop rate of it really is. Smart dyads, alkahest should be included imo :scream:

    Event for feedstock sounds really bad. I'm sorry I know you are trying to solve supply problem. But feedstock is something that we should be able to farm, it might be as a bonus in some events -yes. But jackpot? No sorry. *hides the keys in the bank* Till better days

    man are we spoiled. Just because a strongbox event added to address a supposed feedstock issue is implemented doesn't mean we should now demand everything that was in previous strongbox events.

    If you don't like the current jackpots just don't use your keys this time around. Save them and open them in the next strongbox event that will surly be in 3 weeks and will then have the alks/dyads you guys are begging for because it seems like they just do whatever you complain about nowadays.

    see this is what happens when EME consistently intervenes in the natural flow/rate of gear progression. If it weren't for the double drop event there wouldn't have been a mass amount of people needing feedstock/alks to enchant and those would consequently be a lot cheaper. Now that we have a injection of feedstock obviously there is going to be more alk needed. But what happens when alks are then injected? If it's more than feedstock then now we have a "feedstock crisis" again (I highly HIGHLY doubt EME will balance the numbers correctly on the first try). If it's less then we still have the "HALP I NEED MORE ALKS" crying.

    In regards to the smart dyads, this literally just proves the point that people have progressed way faster than intended. It's only week 2 of the new patch and it's already time for smart dyads for your best in slot??? I have nothing against putting smart dyads in a strongbox event it's just now is not the time (just like everything they've done recently; good ideas just poorly executed timewise).

    Double drop isn't what caused it.

    It was lowering the awakening costs and the demand for feedstock when the ninja patch arrived because we can no longer dismantle and now people have ninjas they want to upgrade their ninjas gear.
