    see this is what happens when EME consistently intervenes in the natural flow/rate of gear progression. If it weren't for the double drop event there wouldn't have been a mass amount of people needing feedstock/alks to enchant and those would consequently be a lot cheaper. Now that we have a injection of feedstock obviously there is going to be more alk needed. But what happens when alks are then injected? If it's more than feedstock then now we have a "feedstock crisis" again (I highly HIGHLY doubt EME will balance the numbers correctly on the first try). If it's less then we still have the "HALP I NEED MORE ALKS" crying.

    In regards to the smart dyads, this literally just proves the point that people have progressed way faster than intended. It's only week 2 of the new patch and it's already time for smart dyads for your best in slot??? I have nothing against putting smart dyads in a strongbox event it's just now is not the time (just like everything they've done recently; good ideas just poorly executed timewise).

    Double drop isn't what caused it.

    It was lowering the awakening costs and the demand for feedstock when the ninja patch arrived because we can no longer dismantle and now people have ninjas they want to upgrade their ninjas gear.

    yeah and how did every ninja just magically get all this gear they needed to enchant in the span of a week?

    Just tested with 200 keys, not even 1 drop, not even the normal one from spellbound strongbox with 500 spellbind, great stuff this event, so the chance is less than 0.5% to actually get something.

    I just used 60 strongbox keys and got 0 feedstock. I haven't seen anyone get the message that they won feedstock. I want my keys back, this event is bugged.

    so many people complained right away, because obviously the feedstock jackpot is not worth using keys and the GM who put up the event was totally clueless. I forgot who it was, either Treeshark or Denommenator, saw the issue and changed it to the original premium alk/smart dyad so everyone was happy.

    current feedstock prices are 15g for t8 and 20g for t9 (on TR). meaning jackpots are worth 15k and 20k (going to drop even more). Do you guys really think people would use their keys this event? seems like a waste and a failed event.

    This event suck, i wasted my keys for NOTHING, tought it was worth it to feedstock but in reality you have better luck opening gift boxes than use keys... refund my keys enmasse. event is bugged

    As was already explained, they can't change this event that's already in progress. People have bought keys from the cash shop and used them by now. Improving the jackpots would cause people to demand a refund or to get their keys back. So this event is what it is. It's still valid feedback, but everyone will have to wait for next time.
