Feedstock Strongbox Jackpot event DOES NOT WORK

I opened 60 strongboxes and I got nothing, I looked at the comments of others on the forum saying people used hundreds and no one got it, I kept an eye on ingame announcements of jackpot prizes.

The event does not work. All our keys are gone for nothing. I want my keys back.

    i usually don't jump to conclusions, but after 61 of the original strong lockboxes and nada...that seems like a hell of a lot of bad luck/rng or they just weren't working. i see jackpots out of spellbind boxes and extensive, nothing out of the base lockboxes from days of yore which are listed as being part of the event.

    @Torchide, you didn't censor one player's name. Please remove your call out.

    If this event really is not bugged, they did something wrong by forgetting a zero somewhere in the win chances. I only have your screenshot to trust that the jackpot does work. I logged the announcements for 10 minutes and saw none, which is saying a lot since people are logging in and opening keys first thing. 1000 tier 9 feedstock (the best jackpot) is like 25k gold. 200 keys are 200k gold. The chances to win any of the tier 8 or tier 9 jackpots shouldn't be 1 in 200 keys. I have never felt so deceived by an "event". It's obviously broken and I should get my keys back.

    It's not rng. One person every 10 mins wins a t8 jackpot from keys and the event just started.

    Your topic isn't the only topic regarding your issue. Elite boxes are not "fine" when you open so many and get nothing to show for it that's worth anything. I'm sure you don't give a damn just like I don't about yours. :)
