Metamorphic Emblems - Are we supposed to get these as additional rewards?

I remember reading somewhere that we get a certain number of metamorphic emblems after doing vanguard quests. It might have been on another region's forum, NA not getting this? or was it intentionally removed? or was this patched in other regions and we just never went through it since it was patched before we got gear revamp?

    I see, so people with less than 431 ilvl can't get them aside from Petrax. Good to know.

    IIRC, the ilvl for vanguard request for Pit of Petrax is 439, so yeah...

    But they can do Low tier bam/ low tier DG and dismantle the mats... and the mats drop like rain.

    Ahh, the mats that dismantle into 3 pcs or 5 pcs of Metamorphic Tokens? Yeah, that will help them. 16 dungeon runs of those for around 1k worth of dismantled mats should be a good start for them.
