Missing Catalyst reward for completing Vanguard quest for Orisks

So, I'm doing Iods for the catalysts for Kyra's potion shack and i noticed that the orisks' quest doesnt show that it gives a catalyst anymore. Yesterday (10/19/17) orisks gave a catalyst. Today they don't. I even checked on a character that didn't do any Iod quests yet to make sure that it was missing it and seems like it. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just my orisk iod quest thats broken?

    Looks like some people still have the Catalyst showing, but im one of those that dont and know other people that dont have it too.

    Me and my sister has this same problem with Teraliths, we have done 12 already and only got 1 catalist each, for only the first quest. The other 11 quests did not gave any catalyst either to me or my sister, even tho they show on the window when i open H.

    Only the first of the day gives you Catalyst.
    One Catalyst for each VG. For example, you do one Teraliths VG and you get one catalyst, if you repeat it, you wont get anymore till the reset.
    If it still shows on the window when you open H, its weird tho cause it should disappear after the 1st one.

    Except this isn't true. I did Hunt Brutal Baskilisks for the first time and got no Catalyst.
