Stats for warrior

What are the rolls, stats, and gear best for warrior for this new update that happened on the 10th?

Comments

  • For wep: Enraged, flat, enraged, behind (or cdr)

Chest: BD 10% dmg, flat, frontal, enraged

Boots: Endurance, movement speed, 2% mp regen OR -slowing effects

    Gloves: Power, aspd, crit

Aim for 250-260~ total crit for 100% crit on Scythe for 439 ilvl dungeons.
  • Check the essential-mana guides. They're still relevant and they have excellent data and commentary. Google can lead you there.

This is my preference for warrior. Drop the last one for twist and guardian. Getting one char to 439 to do IOD BAMs asap will help you out immensely on the etchings; the 439 VGs give "free" -III etches. Ask around if you plan on making a quick char purely for bamming -- some are MUCH faster and easier for bam-farming than others.

wep: enrage / cdr, flat, enrage, behind | energetic
chest: BD CDR, flat, front, enraged, most-agro | grounding (if you never ever ever tank, use 8% HP instead of most-agro)
hand: crit, power, speed | energetic
boot: end, speed, mp | grounding
accs: 2x power rings, 2x crit ears, crit neck (can use power neck with mystic) | power or swift vyrsks (power is a bit more dps, but it's marginal)

For D-stance, you need more crit -- I swap 1 power ring for another crit ring and I use double CDR on the weapon (swap enrage top for CDR). The extra CDR is really nice for infuriate, but you'll probably also want to go swift vyrsk in that case, too. When you up your attack speed you'll need to lower your CDs to make things line up again and vice-versa.

There are many other viable variations. Full power access with keen etches works great, too. It really just depends on how much you like attack-speed and/or CDR. I love the CDR for DG and Infuriate and so I add attack-speed until the combat flow feels good to me. Some older on-paper analysis for BD cdr versus dmg shows cdr wins, but it's marginal. IMHO, try both, pick the one that feels good.
