    Ask a GM or support to change it for you.

    PS: 1st go to your profile, account setting, setting up your public name, if couldn't set it there, then do the asking :p

    You'll need to log into the home site, not just the forums. That is where this option resides.

    Then, log out of and back into forums for it to become visible.
