user authentication failed

Hello, I tried to log my girlfriend's account to pass on the golden talent of her characters to my main character to carftar the golden daric, but how much I tried to log her account appeared "user authentication failed" I may have banned her account or something like that? I do not know what to do. I'm worried I never saw this.
